🎉🍗The bang bang chicken is so good cold, but you can definitely heat it up. Looks like there is only ONE left of the 6oz portion. SNAG IT!!

🙊Let’s be real, my kids won’t touch the by the pound options until I prep it for myself and then everyone wants my food!! 😂 it is what it is but I take advantage for a teaching moment for them and we cook together still which is awesome. We make it easy but we don’t take away that opportunity. If you slide, you will see sirloin, broccoli, cilantro lime jasmine all prepared on the skillet and found under the by the pound options. When the skillet becomes very hot, add your ingredients with a little bit of water to steam everything if you are avoiding oils. If not, spray a little olive oil on the skillet and still add a little water. Season it if you like!! It’s a stir fry full of flavor at home and a pound of each fed us all!!

⏰The problem I have is that our girls love salmon too!! Can never eat an entire serving by myself and that’s ok!! I love that they love our salmon!! But… 🙄

🍳I reheat mine in the air fryer, then while that’s going, i dump the green beans in an iron skillet!! I season them because they come plain and I can do what I want! 😉 Also, I have to have that Jasmine with my salmon though, because come on! It’s just yum!!

🥘🍛Let us just say that the curry sauce we made for this weeks shrimp meal is outstanding!! We didn’t have more shrimp so we took a pound of chicken and added it to the sauce that we had left over. We also took a couple of pounds of rice and made the dish complete!! Some of us ate it with corn tortillas and some of us ate it with Naan bread. Regardless, family dinner made in minutes all from the by the pound selections.
